🛒 How to Order

Step 1. Contact Us First
Please call or message us at 0970 703 0303 or email [email protected] before making any payment.
If we miss your call, don’t worry—we’ll get back to you right away. Expect a response within 1 business day via call or email.

Step 2. Send Your Design (or Request One)

     •  if you already have a design, email it to [email protected].

     •  if you don’t have a design yet, still reach out to us. We’ll discuss your ideas, the number of items you need, and help create the perfect design for your order.

Step 3. Confirm & Pay Downpayment
Once your design is approved, a 50% downpayment is required.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin production of your order.
We always do our best to complete production within 5 business days.

Step 4. Order Pickup or Delivery
Once your order is finished, we’ll contact you right away via call or message to let you know it’s ready for pickup.

        •  Pickup: You may personally claim your order at our shop.

        •  Delivery (Negros Oriental): Free delivery within Negros Oriental, as soon as possible.

-Delivery (Outside Province): Don’t worry—we’ll arrange the fastest and most affordable shipping option for your order.
